Stavsnäs

Stavsnäs has been called the gate to the archipelago, and it sure is. From here steamers depart for the archipelago. In Stavsnäs Vinterhamn there parking,kiosk, fuel, boatyard and shops. Stavsnäs village, just before you get to vinterhamnen by car is much more attractive. Here is the archipelago museum with thousands of items from the archipelago, groceries, post office and library.

Stavsnäs Marina	59°17,2' N 18°42,5' E		Terminal for boat traffic to the archipelago. Situated on the eastern shore of Fågelbrolandet. A very busy harhour! There are no designated berths for visiting boats. Två berths are available to the south of the harbour, contact Stavsnäs Båtklubb. Temporary mooring, to obtain provision,s at the northern and southern ends of the doch, if you are lucky. On the other hand, there are some well sheltered anchorages at Runö and Ålfiskarholmen. So take your dinghy and go to Stavsnäs!
