Djurhamn

The Danish fleet used this anchorage during the union period and this is where Gustav II Adolf gathered his ships before they sailed with troops to East Prussia and the Polish war in 1626. As "a safe and free anchorage for all winds", Djurhamn was regarded as one of the most important one´s in the archipelago.
