Utsira

With no more than 211 inhabitants, Utsira is Rogaland's - and Norway's smallest municipality. It sits off the coast a good hour's boat ride from Haugesund. Fishing and shipping has always been the economical mainstays of this group of islands and continues to be so now, in the oil era.
