Marsascala

These two coastal resorts in the south of the island have kept their identities as fishing villages and indeed their fish restaurants are known throughout the island. Marsascala has a new cinema complex and at Marsaxlokk, an open air market on Sundays. Both villages are surrounded by open air country side and offer interesting coastal and country walks in both hot and cooler weather.
