Well sheltered from wind. Depth at mooring 3-3.5 m. 20 visitor spaces. Mooring buoys. Guards on duty arond the clock (during the night there is also watchdog). Water and electricity along jetty. Shower, WC and sauna. Cafe. Telephone. Swimming pool and sports hall. Sandy beach 1 km. Filling station. In the close vicinity (a few hundred meters), several restarurants and stores, post office, currency exchange, pharmacy, bus stop. The city of Tallinn 5 km.

Entry into harbour for yachts with a draft up to 2.5 m. Ships and boats of deeper draft can go to the wharf that belongs to the fishing factory. There the maximum depth is 4.0 m. To moor at the wharf, you first must receive permission from VHF 16 ("Haapsalu 32"). For guests the yacht club has reserved 30 moorings by buoy. Depth at mooring 2.5 m. Electricity and water are on the wharf. Guard on duty around the clock. Showers, WC, sauna. Currency exchang, bar, summer cafe', 21-room hotel. Telephone, mailbox. Bicycle rental. Fuel on order. Dock crane (3t). Haapsalu 1.5 km.

Kerdal (Kärdla) is the name of the major town of Hiiuma. The harbour was destroyed during WWII and has never been rebuilt. The new harbour and marina is 13 km north of the town on the NE side of the Of Hiiuma's northern tip. The tip and the harbour is Lehtma. On the NW side is the lighthouse Takhuna.

Pärnu Yacht Club was founded on June 21, 1906. FINN-class world championship in sailing took place in Pärnu in August 1994. The BLUE FLAG, evidence of international recognition, has been given to Pärnu Yacht Club in 1994, 1995 and 1996. Today the Club has 120 full and 25 junior members. There are 30 crafts registered in Pärnu Yacht Club, of these, 24 are yachts and 6 are motorboats.
