Skúvoy

A few miles south-west from Sandur is the island Skúvoy, with the village of the same name. The west coast of Skúvoy is precipitous and provides nesting place for thousands of sea-birds.

There is regular ferry connection several times a day from Sandoy to Skúvoy.
