Lastovo

The small town of Lastovo is situated on a hill 1 km from Lucica and 3 km from Zaklopatica. Arranged in a semicircle it overlooks the Lastovo valley and is not visible from seaward. We drive to Skrivena Luka 6 km southward passing through the fields with hares, pheasants, snipes and quails. Hunting tourism is organized in this area, providing accomodation at hunters' houses. Skrivena Luka is a bay sheltered from all winds. Electricity was installed here only recently. Being guarded by the lighthouse Struga which stands at its entrance, it affords a good anchorage for smaller ships
