Saint Florent, a fashionable sailing port, is also ideal for a variety of sports, simple “farniente” on the beach, or for wine tasting, is located 23 km from Bastia, -a half-hour from the Bastia/Poretta airport, - and 70 km from Calvi. This large town is filled with typical old houses and was built very near the water at the end of a large gulf. Today, it is a quiet beach community.
